I was so damn wrong about the World Cup 2014. I expected dull month. We were served a month of entertainment and fun football. Thinking back, I am not able to remember more entertaining World Cup than this year’s one. And I remember pretty much all of those since 1986. So that was quite pleasantly unexpected. And on top of it – I correctly guessed the finalists (despite being dead wrong on elimination phase predictions :)) and then my favorite team won (which made it even better as I expected them to lose). So in summary, the football year so far has been fun.

And now, the new season of English Premier League is about to start. I am anxious about it. Will Liverpool sustain the level from the previous season? Please… 🙂

Can’t wait for Saturday and the first game… Let the more fun begin.
